Baby

No updates because racing came to a sudden halt when before the new season began Cody broke his arm. He is now the proud owner of 1 plate and 10 pins in his wrist.
As most of you already know we are 5 and a half months pregnant now with our first child, a girl due August 1, 2oo8.
I am beyond excited, Cody is getting there :)
We have decided to go to the hospital with a list of names and let her choose her name so to speak when she arrives.
First trimester for me was very easy, I was tired and nauseous, but never got physically ill. I do battle with hypoglycemia, and that was interesting to figure out and work with, lots of dizzy spells.
Second trimester thus far is great, I don't "feel" pregnant, as in tiredness and nausea. But I look pregnant now instead of like I have a beer gut.
Maternity clothes are very interesting for a woman who is 5'9", I can either have my ass crack hang out, or pull my pants up so high they look like shotty Capri's.
I have been feeling the baby kick for a while now, that is nothing short of amazing. Anyone who tries to feel my tummy to catch a kick gets robbed, she just sits there quietly & waits for them to leave then resumes her acrobatics again.
I test low for the hormone Estra meaning, 15% of women who test low for this have babies with low birth weight. What that means for me is extra ultrasounds and tests to keep a close eye on mommy and baby, so if anything at all goes wrong we'll know in 5 minutes of it happening.
Now you're all up to date, 5 and a half months in 1 post!
